HOMEMADE CRANBERRY SAUCE ENJOY DAN:


                     HOMEMADE CRANBERRY SAUCE by CHEF DAN:
10 servings

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup orange juice
1/4-cup brown sugar
1/4-teaspoon ground ginger
1-(12 Oz) bag cranberries
1/4-teaspoon EACH all spice and nutmeg
1/4-cup pure maple syrup
1/4-cup orange marmalade
1-(12 Oz) bag cranberries
1/3-cuo toasted walnuts

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Mix orange juice and next 7 ingredients in a sauce-pan.
2.   Bring to a boil.
3.   Add cranberries and return to a boil.
4.   Lower to simmer and cook stirring.
5.   When cranberries start to pop, and mixture starts to thicken it is ready.
6.   Takes 8-10 minutes.
