SEARED SCALLOPS WITH BROWN BUTTER ENJOY DAN:


             SEARED SCALLOPS WITH ROWN BUTTER by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
12 scallops
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon butter
2-teaspoons drained carpers
2 tablespoon fresh snipped chives

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
2.   Heat butter in a skillet over medium-heat and when sizzling.
3.   Melt butter and slowly it will turn brownish color and start to foam.
4.   Arrange the scallops on the hot skillet and sear on both sides, about 1-2 minutes.
5.   Transfer to a plate.
6.   Add lemon juice and capers to a skillet over medium-heat;
7.   Cook 1-2 minutes.
8.   Then pour sauce over shallots.
9.   Top with chives.
