WOW!!!!!!!!!! BBQ. RIBS ENJOY DAN:

            CROCK POT BBQ. COUNTRY STYLE RIBS by CHEF DAN:
SERVES 12                     (DINNER FOR RANDY’S TREE FARM CREW)

INGREDIENTS:

5-7 pounds pork spare ribs or pork loin back ribs
1/2-cup lime juice
1/3- DAN’S honey
1/4-cup soy sauce
1/3-cup hoisin sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons chipotle powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:

1.     Boil the pork for 20 minutes to decease the fat.
2.    Mix all other ingredients together in bowl big enough to mix thoroughly.
3.    Cut spare ribs into serving-size pieces.
4.    Throw the cooked pork into the crock-pot, adding sauce as you go.
5.    Make sure you to coat the ribs well.
6.    Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
7.    Serve hot rice.
