CROCK- POT CHICKEN CHILI FOR THE CHRISTMAS TREE CREW by CHEF DAN:
Serves 8-10
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into ½-inch pieces
2 cans (15oz) cannellini beans
1 can (14.5oz) white corn
1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon EACH cumin, dried oregano, dried Italian seasoning, dried thyme, and white pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced.
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a slow cooker, stir together all ingredients until combined.
2. Cover and cook low-heat 6-8 hours.
