SHORT RIBS WITH PINEAPPLE AND GARLIC CHILI SAUCE YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!! ENJOY DAN:

         CROCK POT SWEET AND SOUR BEEF SHORT RIBS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 20

INGREDIENTS:

10 pounds, boneless beef short ribs
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2-cup butter
6 onions, quarter
1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks
4 cups beef broth
1 cup garlic chili sauce
1/2-cup DAN’S honey
1-1/2- cup red wine vinegar
1/4-cup catsup
1/4—cup Worcestershire sauce
6 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons chili powder

DIRECTIONS:

1.    Put flour, salt and pepper in a bag.
2.    Add ribs and shake to coat.
3.    In a skillet brown ribs in butter over medium-high heat.
4.    Through in slow cooker.
5.    In the same skillet, combine remaining ingredients.
6.    Bring to a boil, stirring.
7.    Pout over ribs.
8.    Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.
9.    On high 5-6 hours.
