SABRINA'S PEACH CRUMBLE HER WAY ENJOY DAN:

             SABRINA’S PEACH CRUMBLE HER WAY by CHEF DAN:
Serves 10-12

INGREDIENTS:
6 cups, peeled ripe peaches, sliced
3 tablespoons brown sugar or pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2-teaspoon lemon zest
1/2-teaspoons EACH ground cinnamon and allspice

TOPPING:
1/2-cup coconut flour
3 tablespoons honey
3 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4-teaspon EACH ground nutmeg, and salt
1 egg, beaten
1/3-cup melted butter

DIRECTIONS: (Preheat oven to 375 f)
1.   Place peaches in a baking dish sprayed with Pam.
2.   Combine sugar and next 5 ingredients and sprinkle over the peaches.
3.   Combine flour, and next 5 ingredients.
4.   Stir in egg until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
5.   Sprinkle over the peaches.
6.   Pour melted butter evenly over the topping.
7.   Bake for 30-40 minutes.
8.   Serve with ice cream.
