HONEY CHILE CHICKEN ENJOY DAN:

                         HONEY CHILE CHICKEN by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/3-cup light soy sauce
1/4-cup honey
1 teaspoon EACH garlic Chile sauce, cumin powder and jalapeno powder
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4-cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2-cup sweet chili sauce for glazing

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Pound chicken to 1/3inch thick.
2.   Place soy sauce and next 6 ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
3.   Add chicken and marinade for 1 hour.
4.   Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat ad when sizzling.
5.   Add the chicken breast and cook for 7 minutes per side.
6.   Baste with sweet Chile sauce as they cook.
7.   The chicken breasts are done when juices run clear.
8.   Brush additional sweet chili sauce on and serve.
