GRANDSON DAVID'S FAVORITE BURRITO PIE ENJOY DAN:

     GRANDSON DAVID’S FAVORITE BURRITO PIE by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1-pound lean ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (4 Oz) jar pitted black olives, sliced
1 (4 Oz) can green chilies
1 (10.5 Oz) can RO*TEL tomatoes with green chilies
1 (10 Oz) can enchilada sauce
1 (16 Oz) jar salsa Verde
2 (16 Oz) can vegetarian refried beans
6 garden vegetable- tortilla
1-1/2-cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F)
1.   In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef for 5 minutes.
2.   Add onions and garlic and sauté 5 more minutes.
3.   Mix in the olives, and next 4 ingredients, stir to combine.
4.   Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
5.   While the meat mixture simmer, lay thin layer of refried beans on each tortilla.
6.   Set aside.
7.   In the bottom of a prepared baking dish spread a thin layer of meat mixture.
8.   Cover with tortilla coated with refried beans and lay on top of meat.
9.   Repeat until all tortillas meat mixture until used up.
10.                Cover the last layer with meat and spread cheese on top.
11.                Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown and bubbly.
