GRANOLA WITH CHIA SEEDS ENJOY DAN:

                   GRANOLA WITH CHIA SEEDS by CHEF DAN:
Servers 4-6

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups rolled oats
1/4-cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons flax seed
1/4-sliced almonds
1/4-cup sunflower seeds
1/4-cup pumpkin seeds
1/2-cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons grape-seed oil
1/4-cup blue agave
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4-cup dried red tart cherries
1/4-cup craisins
Yogurt for serving

DIRECTIONS:  (PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 300 F)
1.   In a bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients, stirring until well coated.
2.   Brush a non stick baking tray with oil then spread mixture onto it.
3.   Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
4.   After it has cooled a bit, add dried fruits and mix well.
5.   Add your favorite yogurt
