CHIA CHIA PUDDING WITH CHIA TEA BAGS ENJOY DAN:

       CHIA CHAI PUDDING WITH CHAI TEA BAGS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2-cups unsweetened almond milk
3 chai tea bags
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
 1/2-cup plain yogurt
1/2-cup chia seeds
1/2-teaspoon EACH cinnamon, ground ginger and cardamom
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mixed berries, such as raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries

DIRECTIONS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F).
1.   In saucepan, bring 1 cup of almond milk to a boil.
2.   Add tea bags; remove from heat and let tea seep for 5 minutes.
3.   Squeeze bags to extract as much liquid as possible.
4.   Stir in honey and let cool.
5.   Spread coconut flakes on prepared baking sheet, stirring once or twice, and bake until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
6.   Transfer to a bowl and let cool.
7.   Whisk yogurt, chia seeds, reaming almond milk, spices, and vanilla.
8.   Pour into cooled tea mixture.
9.   Divide between 2 -2 cup- capacity containers.
10.                Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
11.                Just before serving, top with berries and coconut flakes.
