CHIA PUDDING WITH FRUIT ENJOY DAN:

                            CHIA PUDDING WITH FRUIT by CHEF DAN:
Serves 2    

INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoon honey to taste or sweetener your choice
1/2-teaspoon EACH nutmeg and cinnamon
1/4-teaspoon EACH ground cardamom, and ground ginger
Pinch ground cloves
Any fruit you like

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Place chia seeds n a bowl and add 1/4-cup almond milk, stirring with a
fork.
2.   Let sit 5 minutes, and then mix out any lumps.
3.   Add the rest of the milk to the chia seeds, stir and let sit 15 minutes.
4.   When chia seeds have swelled and up and mixture has thickened.
5.   Right before serving add in remaining ingredients plus fruit of your choice.
