MORE INFUSED OIL ENJOY DAN:

PORK TENDERLOIN WITH GARLIC OIL INFUSED WITH ROSEMARY AND LEMON

Serves 4



INGREDIENTS:



1/4-cup soy sauce

1/4-cup YOSHIDA original sweet and savory sauce

2 tablespoons garlic infused oil

1/4-cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons dry cherry

1 teaspoon EACH garlic and onion powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin



DIRECTIONS:



1.    In a zip-lock bag add first 7 ingredients and seal bag and shake to mix.

2.    Add pork to bag and marinade 6-12 hours.

3.    Pre-grill to high heat.

4.    Place tenderloin on grill and discard marinade.

5.    Cook 20 25 minutes or internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.

6.    Cut into medallions.
