EGG NOG AT THE SAULS ENJOY DAN:

                            EGG NOG MY WAY by CHEF DAN:

Serves 15-20



INGREDIENTS:

6 quarts of light egg nog

1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened

1cup whiskey

1cup rum

1 cup brandy

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Shavings of nutmeg



DIRECTIONS;



1.    Allow the ice cream to get soft but not mushy.

2.    In a large bowl stir all ingredients together and slowly add vanilla extract.

3.    Sprinkle with fresh nutmeg on top of each cup of egg nog.
