SHREDDED SLOW COOKED CHICKEN WOW WHAT A DISH ENJOY DAN:

                      CROCK POT CHICKEN MOLE by CHEF DAN:
Serves 6-8

INGREDIENTS:

4 pounds, skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves
1 onion, chopped
1 (28oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
1/2-cup golden raisins
1/2-cup currents
2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder
2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons cocoa powder or 3 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
2 cups chicken broth
Sesame seeds
1/2-cup slivered almonds

DIRECTIONS:

1.    Place the onions, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, raisins, currents, chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, cocoa powder or semi-sweet chocolate and sesame seeds.
2.    Stir to mix.
3.    Add the chicken breasts, and stir with the sauce.
4.    Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours.
5.    Cook on low 8-10 hours.
6.    When the chicken is tender, remove, shred, and stir back into the mole.
7.    Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
