DIFFERENT WAY TO DO BROCCOLI ENJOY DAN:

              BROCCOLI WITH HORSERADISH, THYME AND PINE NUTS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4-6

12 ounces broccoli florets
1 tablespoon grape-seed oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon shallots, thinly sliced
1 tablespoons horseradish
2 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts

DIRECTIONS:

1.    Arrange broccoli in a steamer.
2.    Steam covered, for 4 minutes or until tender crisp.
3.    Place broccoli in a large bowl and add garlic, shallots, horseradish and thyme.
4.    Drizzle with the oil, and mix again.
5.    Sprinkle on top with  toasted pine nuts.
