CUCUMBER SALAD A DIFFERENT TAKE THIS SALAD IS ALMOST THAI ENJOY DAN

CUMEMBER SALAD by CHEF DAN:


serves 2-4



INGREDIENTS:



1 romaine heart, cut into bit size pieces

1 English cucumber thinly sliced

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon sugar or 2 packets Splenda (oe white sugar)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/4- cup rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds



DIRECTIONS:



1.No need to peel English cucumber .

2.Cut lengthwise, seeded and sliced into thin half moons.

3.In a large bowl combine romaine, cucumbers and fish sauce, and mix well.

4.Add sugar, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil and mix well.

5.Sprinkle with sesame seeds and mix.

6.Let marinate for 20 minutes before serving.
