IRISH STEW by CHEF DAN serves 40

INGREDIENTS:
8 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 2 inch cubes
10 potatoes, chopped
1 (32oz) can stewed tomatoes
8 garlic cloves, minced
6 onion, chopped
40 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon each of salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS"
1. In a large soup pot, combine meat and beef broth.
2. Add potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, and onions: reduce heat to medium-low.
4. Simmer for about 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
5. Stir in salt and pepper.
