MERV’S BEEF STROGANOFF by

INGREDIENTS:
1
(8 Oz) package egg noodles
1-pound
ground beef
1
(10.5Oz) cream of mushrooms soup
6
cremini mushrooms sliced
2
teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Prepare
the egg noodles according to package directions.
2.
Set
aside.
3.
In
skillet over medium-high heat.
4.
Saute
the ground beef for about 8-10 minutes, or until browned.
5.
Drain
the fat; add the soup and garlic powder.
6.
Simmer
for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
7.
Remove
heat and combine the meat mixture with egg noodles.
8.
Season
with salt and pepper.
