TURMERIC SALAD DRESSING

Makes
3/4-cup
INGREDIENTS:
4
garlic cloves
1
teaspoon tahini
3
tablespoons lemon juice
2
teaspoons EACH honey, turmeric, and white miso paste
1/2-teaspoon
EACH Dijon mustard, sea salt, and pepper
1
tablespoon EACH hemp seeds and chai seeds
1/2-cup
water
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Place
all ingredients in a food processor and blend until thick and creamy.
2.
The
dressing keeps getting thicker with time, so whisk in some water to dilute if
needed.
