SMOKED JALEPENO (CHIPOTLE) HONEY
VINAIGRETTE by CHEF DAN
Makes
3/4-cup
INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2-tablespoons
white wine vinegar
1-1/2-tablespoon
lime juice
1
tablespoon fresh cilantro coarsely chopped
1
canned chipotle chili with 1/2-teaspoon adobo sauce
1
garlic clove, quartet
Pinch
of cumin
1/2-teaspoon
sea salty
1/4-teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
1/3-cup
honey
1/3-cup
olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
1.
In
a blender blend vinegar and next 7 ingredients.
2.
With
the motor running add hone and oil.
