GRILL
UP BROTHER WITH GARLIC SIRLOIN STEAKS by CHEF DAN:
Serves
4
INGREDIENTS:
1/4-cup
butter
1
teaspoon jalapeño powder
1
teaspoons garlic powder
1
teaspoon lemon pepper
3
garlic cloves
4
(8 Oz) top sirloin
Sea
salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS: (PRE-HEAT GRILL TO HIGH 450-650 DEGREES)
1.
In
a sauce-pan melt butter with next 4 ingredients, over medium-low heat.
2.
Set
aside.
3.
Season
steaks with salt and pepper.
4.
Grill
steaks for medium-rare for 4 minutes per side.
5.
Transfer
to plates.
6.
Brush
liberally with seasoned garlic butter and let rest 2-3 minutes.
7.
Letting
the meat rest help retain its juices.
