GRANOLA WITH COCONUT, SEEDS AND NUTS ENJOY DAN:

TOASTED GRANOLA WITH SHREDDED COCONUT NUTS AND SEEDS
                                                                                           By CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups oatmeal (old fashioned)
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2-cup sunflower seeds
1/2-cup pumpkin seeds
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoon pure maple syrup
3 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
2 tablespoon ground cumin
3 tablespoons pine nuts
1/2-dried craisins
1/2-cup dried cherries

DIRECTIONS:      (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES)
1.   In a large bowl toss together the oats, coconut, seed, nuts, cumin powder, dried craisins, and dried cherries.
2.   Add the maple syrup and extra virgin coconut oil.
3.   Stir to coat evenly.
4.   Spread the granola mixture out evenly on a baking sheet.
5.   Place in the pre-heated oven and bake 20-30 minutes.
