RIBS WITH BARBECUE SAUCE ENJOY DAN:

OVEN BAKED ST. LEWIS TYPE BARBECUED RIBS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 rack of St. Lewis ribs
1 cup plus-1/2-cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce

DIRECTIONS:     (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 225 DEGREES)
1.   Season ribs with Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
2.   In a baking dish place ribs, meat side down.
3.   Cover the baking dish with saran wrap and then aluminum foil.
4.   Bake for 3.5 hours.
5.   Drain off grease and flip over using two spatulas or 4 pair of hands.
6.   Put another layer of BBQ. sauce on the ribs.
7.   Return to the oven and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
8.   Serve with baked beans.
