CHILI
GARLIC SAUCE BUTTER FOR COZY’S GROUP by CHEF DAN:
Serves

INGREDIENTS:
1
stick of butter, softened
2
anchovy fillets, minced
2
tablespoons chili garlic sauce
2
garlic cloves, minced
1
tablespoon lemon juice
2
tablespoons fresh lemon thyme
2
tablespoons fresh basil
Coarse
salt
DIRECTIONS:
Soak
anchovy’s in milk for 20 minutes.
Then
drain and set aside.
Add
all the ingredients in a bowl.
With
a fork, mash all ingredients together until mixed thoroughly.
