RICE WITH COCONUT MILK WHAT COULD BE BETTER ENJOY DAN:

THAI JASMINE COCONUT RICE by CHEF DAN:


Serves 4



INGREDIENTS:



Combine 1 cup uncooked jasmine rice

1-1/4 cup water or chicken broth

1/2- cup coconut milk

1 teaspoon salt



DIRECTIONS:



1. In a sauce pan add above ingredients to a boil.

2. Cover and simmer.

3. Cook about 15-20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed, and rice is tender.

4. Remove from, fluff with a fork.

5. Stir in 1/4- cup fresh cilantro
