BASA (CATFISH FROM VIETNAM) BAKED MY WAY ENJOY DAN:

BASA (catfish from Vietnam) BAKED MY WAY by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2-pounds basa fillets
2 teaspoon old bay
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 (14 Oz) can chopped green chilies
1 (14.5 Oz) can diced tomatoes
1 red onion, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS:    (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES)
1.   Spray a baking dish with Pam.
2.   Place fish in baking dish.
3.   Coat fillets with mayonnaise.
4.   Sprinkle with Old Bay and paprika,
5.   Pour green chilies and diced tomatoes around fillets.
6.   Top with thinly sliced red onion.
7.   Bake in pre-heated oven for 15-17 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
