TACO BAKE FOR GRANDSON COLLEGE STUDENT ENJOY DAN:

                  J BOB TACO BAKE COLLAGE STYLE by CHEF DAN:

Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

1 Package deluxe macaroni & cheese dinner

1 pound ground beef

1 package taco seasoning

3/4-cup sour cream

1-1/2-cup shredded cheese

1-cup thick and chunky spicy salsa

DIRECTIONS;     (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES)

1.   Prepare dinner as directed on package.

2.   While macaroni is cooking, cook meat with taco seasoning as directed on the package.

3.   Stir sour cream into prepared dinner, spoon half the dinner mixture into an 8-inch baking dish sprayed with pam.

4.   Top with layers of meat mixture, 1 cup shred cheese and remaining dinner mixture.

5.   Cover and bake in pre-heat oven for 15 minutes.

6.   Top with reaming salsa and cheese.

7.   Bake uncovered 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
