YES WE SERVE SALAD AT THE SOUP KITCHEN ENJOY DAN:

CARROT SALAD FOR THE SOUP KITCHEN by CHEF DAN:


Serves 30



INGREDIENTS;



15 carrots, shredded

4 apples, peeled, corded and shredded

1/4-cup lemon juice

1/3-cup DAN’S honey

3//4 cup dry roasted peanuts, or slivered almonds

Salt and pepper to taste



DIRECTIONS:



1. In a bowl, combine the carrots, apples, lemon juice, DAN’S honey nuts and salt and pepper.

2. Toss and chill.
