HAMBURGER CHEESE WRAPPED HOT DOG by

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2-pounds
beef 20 % fat
1-egg
beaten
1-tablespoon
soy sauce
1-teaspoon
garlic powder
1-tablespoon
EACH dry mustard & Worcestershire sauce
10-onion,
minced
3-mozzarella
cheese
6
hot dog buns
BBQ.
sauce or other condiments of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Mix
the first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
2.
Cover
with plastic wrap & refrigerate for 1-3 hours so favors blend.
3.
Lay
out a piece of plastic wrap about 8”X10” on a flat surface.
4.
Take
on pile of meat & spread into a rectangle about 6”X4” rectangle.
5.
Place
a hot dog in the middle of the meat pile.
6.
Split
the sting cheese in half & then into quarters
7.
Put
1/4-string cheese on each side of the hot dog.
8.
Carefully
lift the plastic wrap & to mold the meat around the hot dog & cheese to
form a 1-1/2-inch roll.
9.
twist
the ends of the plastic wrap to hold the shape.

Heat
the brill to 350 F.

Remove
the plastic wrap.

Place
hot dogs on the grill & cook indirect for 30 minutes.

Temperature
should read 160 F.

Grill
the buns to your liking.

Place
the grilled hamburger wrapped mozzarella hot dogs into each toasted bun.
