YELLOW SUMMER SQUASH by CHEF
DAN:
Serves

INGREDIENTS:
4-yellow
squash
2-tablespoon
olive oil
1/4-cup
grated Parmesan cheese
salt
& lemon pepper to taste
INGREDIENTS:
(PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 f)
1.
Slice
squash lengthwise & place on prepared baking sheet.
2.
Mix
oil & Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
3.
Using
a spoon spread a dollop of the mixture onto the flat surface of the squash.
4.
Season
with salt & lemon pepper.
5.
Roast
for 25-30 minutes.
