Grilled HONEY RUM BANANAS

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons rum
2
tablespoons honey
1
teaspoon EACH cinnamon and allspice
4
frim unpeeled bananas
DIRECTIONS:
1.
In
a bowl combine rum, honey, cinnamon and allspice.
2.
Set
aside
3.
Leaving
the peels on, cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
4.
Place
the bananas cut side down on the grill.
5.
Cover
and grill for 3 minutes on medium-heat.
6.
Turn,
brush with honey mixture, cover, and grill 5-6 minutes more.
7.
Peel
the bananas and serve.
