CREVETTES
au VERMOUTH (SHRIMP WITH VERMOUTH) by CHEF DAN:
Serves

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2-pound
shrimp
1
ounce butter
1
ounce olive oil
1/2-teaspoon
Seasoned Pepper Medley
1
garlic clove, mince
1/4-cup
dry vermouth
2
tablespoons lemon juice
1/2-teaspoon
kosher salt
2
tablespoons fresh snipped chives.
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Blend
the butter & oil in a skillet over medium-high heat when sizzling.
2.
Add
shrimp, garlic, salt & pepper.
3.
Sauté
until golden red and well done.
4.
Raise
the heat to high, add lemon juice and vermouth and cook 1 minute.
5.
Shacking
constantly.
6.
Top
with fresh snipped chives.
