SUGAR SNAP PEAS WITH SESAME SEEDS AND MINT ENJOY DAN:

SUGAR SNAP PEAS WITH SESAME SEEDS AND MINT by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1-teaspoon sesame oil
1-teaspoon chili oil
1 pound sugar snap peas
3 shallot, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4-teaspoon sea salt
1/8-teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Heat both oils in a skillet over medium-heat when sizzling.
2.   Add peas, shallot, garlic, salt and pepper.
3.   Cook stirring until bright green and crisp-tender, 3-5 minutes.
4.   Remove from heat and stir in sesame seeds and mint.
