OVEN BAKED STRAWBERRIES by
CHEF DAN:
Makes
two pints:
INGREDIENTS:
2
pints strawberries, hulled and quartered
2
tablespoons agave nectar
3
tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2
teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES)
1.
Rinse
in cold water, shake off most of the water.
2.
Combine
strawberries, agave, balsamic vinegar and pepper.
3.
In
a baking dish mix all ingredients together.
4.
Bake
in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until soft and bubbling.
5.
Remove
from oven.
6.
Serve
warm or room temperature or chilled you decide.
