BROILED PORK CHOPS by CHEF DAN:

INGREDIENTS:
2
pork chops 1/2-to-3/4-inch thick
2
teaspoons grape-seed oil
1/8-teaspoon
garlic powder
1/8
teaspoon onion powder
1/8-teaspoon
thyme
1/8-teaspoon
oregano
1
teaspoon sesame seeds
Kosher
salt and black pepper
DIRECTIONS: (PRE-HEAT BROILER)
1.
Combine
all ingredients in for the sauce.
2.
Coat
each side of the chops with the sauce.
3.
Put
the shops on a broiler pan.
4.
Put
them under broiler at about 8 inches from broiler.
5.
Broil
10 minutes on one side.
6.
Turn
and cook another 10 minutes until temperature reaches 140F.
7.
Remove
from oven and let rest 5 minutes.
