TEQUILA LIME BURGERS by

INGREDIENTS:
2
pounds ground
1/4-cup
garlic teriyaki sauce
1/4-cup
Worcestershire sauce
2
tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning
1
tablespoon chili powder
1-1/2-teaspoons
ground cumin
1/2-teaspoon
cayenne pepper
3
tablespoons TEQUILA
2
tablespoons lime juice
Zest
of 1 lime
1
teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Preheat
outdoor grill for high-heat and lightly oil grate.
2.
Mix
together ground beef and all the ingredients in a bowl until evenly combined.
3.
Form
8 patties from the mixture.
4.
Cook
patties on pre-heated grill to desired doneness.
5.
On the grill add red peppers, onion, mushrooms
until slightly blackened.
6.
Server
meat on toasted bun and top with grilled veggies.
