THAI CHICKEN BURGERS by CHEF DAN:
Serves
4
INGREDIENTS:
1
pound chicken
1-1/2-cup
Panko
1/2-cup
peanut sauce
1
tablespoon red curry paste
2
cloves garlic, minced
Zest
of one lime
2
tablespoons lime juice.
1
teaspoon soy sauce
1
tablespoon dry roasted peanuts, finely
chopped
1
shallot, minced
2
tablespoon fresh cilantro
4
hamburger buns, split and toasted
DIRECTIONS:
1.
In
a bowl mix together ground chicken, peanut sauce, garlic, Panko, curry paste, zest,
shallot, soy sauce, cilantro, and peanuts.
2.
Do
not over-mix.
3.
Form
into patties.
4.
Lightly
oil grate, and place burger o grill.
5.
Cook
3-5 minutes per-side.
6.
Remove
and sprinkle with lime juice
