WATERMELON CANTALOUPE SALAD WITH FETA CHEESE ENJOY DAN:

WATERMELON CANTALOUPE SALAD WITH FETA CHEESE by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
2- cups watermelon, cubed
2- cups cantaloupe. cubed
3/4-cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
4 ounces feta cheese
1 Walla Walla sweet onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1- Tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon walnuts, finely chopped
1-teaspoon honey

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Mix the fruit, nuts and basil together.
2.   Whisk the vinegar, juice, oil and honey together.
3.   Toss the feta into the dressing.
4.   Toss with the fruit.
