PEANUT BUTTER, JALAPENOS AND CHOCOLATE WHAT COULD BE BETTER ENJOY DAN:

PEANUT BUTTER JALAPENO PEPPERS WITH CHOCOLATE

Serves 14

7 Fresh jalapenos
1/2-cup peanut butter
1/4-cup cream cheese
1/4-cup pepper jack cheese
1-1/2- cups chocolate chips
2 teaspoons EACH sugar, milk, and chili powder

DIRECTIONS:
1.  Core the jalapeno peppers by cutting off the steams and hallowing out the insides.
2.  In a bowl add the cream cheese, pepper jack cheese.
3.  Mix to combine.
4.  Stuff each jalapeno half with 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture.
5.  Meanwhile heat a pot over medium-heat.
6.  Add chocolate chips, sugar, milk, and Chile powder.
7.  Stir until chocolate melts and combines with other ingredients.
8.  Spray the grill with Pam on medium-heat.
9.  Add stuffed jalapenos onto the grill and grill 3-5 minutes.
10.              Set grilled jalapenos on a plate and drizzle chocolate over them until they are thickly coated.
