SLOPPY JOE'S AT THE GOLF COURSE ENJOY DAN:

SLOPPY JOES FOR THE ISLAND GREENS GOLF PARTY by CHEF DAN:
Serves 30

INGREDIENTS:
5 pounds lean ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 onions, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
4 green bell peppers, chopped
1-1/2-tablespoon chili powder
1-1/2-tablespoons ground cumin
2-teaspoons dry mustard
2 (8 Oz) cans tomato sauce
1-1/2-cups barbeque sauce
1 cup ketchup
5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4- cup brown sugar
1/4- cup  cider vinegar
30 hamburger buns

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a skillet, heat oil over medium-heat.
2.   Add onions, celery, and bell pepper, season with salt and pepper.
3.   Cook stirring frequently for about 5-7 minutes.
4.   Add ground beef to skillet, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon.
5.   Cook 6-8 minutes.
6.   Stir in remaining ingredients cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
