OUZO LIQUOR IN A MAYONNAISE DRESSING ENJOY DAN:

              FENNEL MAYONNAISE WITH OUZO by CHEF DAN:

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon toasted fennel seeds
2 teaspoons ouzo liquor
1/4-cup olive oil
1/2- teaspoon sea salt and white pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Toast fennel seed in a dry frying pan over low heat.
2.   Toast until browned but not burnt.
3.   Let cool and in spice grinder; grind to a fine grind.
4.   In a bowl whisk all ingredients together until combined.
5.   Serve with shrimp salad or any salad.
