INSTANT POT HONEY HOISIN BEEF ENJOY DAN:


                     INSTANT POT HONEY HOISIN BEEF by CHFF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

1-pound stir fry beef, cut into bite-size pieces
4-heads baby bok choy, cut into stripes
4-scallions, thinly sliced with whites separate
4- garlic cloves, grated
2-thumb-size fresh ginger, peeled and grated
3/4-cup beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
4-tablepoons hoisin sauce
1/4-cup honey
2-teaspoon Dijon mustard
2-tablespoons olive oil
1-tablespoon cornstarch
Sesame seeds to garnish
Rice for serving

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Combine soy sauce, honey, 1/2-the garlic & ginger salt, pepper, Dijon mustard and beef broth in a bowl.
2.   Turn Instant Pot onto SAUTE, once hot add oil, and the rest of the garlic and ginger, and beef.
3.   Cook until beef is browned o all sides.
4.   Once browned add sauce mixture, turn Instant Pot off.
5.   Put on lid and turn pressure value to closed.
6.   Hit Pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
7.   When timer is up, allow for full natural release.
8.   When you open the pot, take our 1/4-cup liquid and mix in a bowl with cornstarch.
9.   Turn Instant Pot back to SAUTE; add cornstarch mixture.
10  Bring to a boil and cook for about 7 minutes.
11  After sauce is thick add thinly sliced bok choy and scallion whites.
12  Cook until wilted about 3 minutes.
13  Serves over rice and top with scallions, greens and sesame seeds.
