INSTANT POT BAKED POTATOES ENJOY DAN:


                    INSTANT POT BAKED POTATOES by CHEF DAN:
4-potatoes

INGREDIENTS:
4-russet potatoes
1.5-cyos water
1-steam rack

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Clean the potatoes under running tap water.
2.   Poke thought out the potatoes with a fork.
3.   Place 1/5-cups water in the pressure cooker pan.
4.   Place trivet in Instant Pot.
5.   Add potatoes to the trivet.
6.   Place lid on Instant Pot and seal the value.
7.   Set to high pressure for 12 minutes.
8.   Once cooked time has elapsed, allow pressure to release naturally 8-10 minutes.
9.   Remove potatoes and serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chives and bacon bits.
