SLOW COOK JAMBALAYA

INGREDIENTS:
1-(14
Oz) can diced tomatoes
2
cups chicken broth
1/2-cup
dry white wine
1-(8
oz0 can tomato paste
2
bay leaves
2-teaspoon
EACH dried basil and turmeric
1/2-teaspoon
Creole seasoning
1/2-teapoon
dried basil, dried thyme, and sage
1/2-teaspoon
EACH Cholula hot sauce Worcestershire sauce, and salt
1/4-teaspoon
cayenne pepper, black pepper, and sumac
I-onion,
chopped
1
bell pepper, seeded and chopped
4
garlic cloves, smashed
1-pound
polish sausage, cut into slices
2
chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2-pound
shrimp, peeled and deveined
1-tablespoons
cilantro, chopped
DIRECTIONS.
1.
Combine
the first 21 ingredients in a sprayed with Pam in the crock pot.
2.
Stir
to combine.
3.
Cover
and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
4.
With
20-30 minutes to go stir in shrimp, cilantro and cook until opaque.
5.
Serve
with rice.
