ORANGE CRANBERRY CAKE ENJOY DAN:


                         ORANGE CRANBERRY CAKE by CHEF DAN:
1 loaf

DIRECTIONS:
1-cup Mexican sour cream
2- cups sugar
1-cup butter, softened
1-tablespoon orange peel, grated
4 eggs
3-1/4-cup all-purpose flour
2-tablespoons orange liqueur
1/2-cup walnuts toasted
2-teaspoons baking powder
1-teaspoon baking soda
1/2-teaspoon salt
1/4-teaspoon ground nutmeg
1-1/3-cupp cranberries, chopped

DIRECTIONS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F)
1.   Coat a brunt pan with Pam.
2.   Whisk flour, and next 6 ingredients
3.   Beat sugar, butter, orange peel until light and fluffy about 3 minutes.
4.   Beat the flour mixture and fold in the Mexican sour cream
5.   Stir in cranberries.
6.   Pour into brunt pan and bake in preheated oven
7.   Bake for 65-70 minutes.
