BACON WRAPPED WATER CHESTNUTS

INGREDIENTS:
2-(5
Oz) cans Sun Luck water chestnuts, rinsed and drained
1/3-cup
soy sauce
1/3-cup
browns sugar
2-tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce
1-pound
bacon cut in-half crosswise.
Box
of toothpicks
DIRECTIONS:
(PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 F)
1.
Marinate
the water chestnuts for 1 hour in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
2.
Drain
3.
Roll
each chestnut in brown sugar.
4.
Wrap
each chestnut with a piece of bacon.
5.
Secure
with toothpick.
6.
Arrange
on rack on top of prepared baking sheet.
7.
Bake
for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
