MAPLE GLAZED CHICKEN BREASTS by

INGREDIENTS:
1/4-cup
pure maple syrup
2
tablespoon soy sauce
2
tablespoon lemon juice
2
tablespoon Dijon mustard
1
thumb-size fresh ginger, grated
1/2-teaspoon
fresh ground black pepper
4
skinless, boneless, chicken breast, pound until 1/4-inch thick.
DIRECTIONS:
(PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 F)
1.
In
a zip lock bag, combine all ingredients.
2.
Place
the chicken in the bag and turn to coat with the marinate.
3.
Seal
the bag and refrigerate chicken for up to 4 hours, turning several times.
4.
Remove
chicken from the marinate (reserving the marinate).
5.
Place
the chicken in a prepared baking dish.
6.
Cook
to 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 F.
7.
Meanwhile,
pour the reserved marinate into a sauce pan over medium-heat and cook about 5
minutes.
8.
Liberally
baste over the chicken and serve.
