FACTORY WITH BRITTS KIMCHI BAGELS by CHEF DAN:

INGREDIENTS:
1
(15.5 Oz) can chickpeas
1-1/4cup
Britt’s kimchi, drained
1/4-cup
tahini sauce
2
tablespoons cream cheese or Mexican sour cream
4
tablespoons lemon juice
1
tablespoon Sriracha
1/4-cup
water
Salt
to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Add
all the ingredients except the water.
2.
Blend
the ingredients on high until smooth.
3.
If
too thick add dome reserved water
4.
Taste
for seasoning adding more Sriracha if needed and blend again.
