HOMEMADE
WHOLE CRANBERRY SAUCE MY WAY by CHEF DAN:
Makes
12-14 servings.
INGREDIENTS:
4
cups fresh cranberries
1
cup water
1-cup
orange juice
1-1/2
cups honey
2
teaspoons cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Combine
all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium-high heat.
2.
Stirring
frequently until the mixture begins to boil.
3.
Once
mixture boils, reduce heat to low and cook for 3-5 minutes.
4.
Or
to the “chunkiness” you desire.
5.
Remove
from heat and cool in the refrigerator until serving.
6.
Sauce
will thicken as it cools.
