HOMEMADE CRANBERRY SAUCE by CHEF

INGREDIENTS:
4
cups fresh cranberries
1
cup orange juice
1/4-cup
honey
1/2-teaspoon
EACH ginger powder and cinnamon
1/4-cup
orange marmalade
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Combine
all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium-high heat.
2.
Stirring
frequently until mixture begins to boil.
3.
Once
mixture boils, reduce heat to low-simmer and simmer 4 minutes.
4.
Remove
from heat and cool in the refrigerator until serving.
5.
Sauce
will thicken as it cools.
